Paradise Valley resident Richard Croft, DDS, has just returned from Dental Boot Camp in Kerville, Texas.
The three-day course educates dentists and their dental team members about the most efficient ways to assess and be sensitive to the needs and wants of thier patients, all of whom have different personalities.
In addition, Dr. Croft and his team were taught organizational skills that will help them work more efficiently in serving patients.
The Scottsdale-based office crew also were trained to relate better to family and friends.
Dr. Croft noted that continuing education is an important part of his team's schedule each year.
